Ways to engage
Three shapes. Most work fits the first two.
Fixed-scope build
You know what you need built.
Scope, price and timeline agreed before work starts, from a published rate card rather than a negotiated quote. You can price it yourself on the pricing page before speaking to us.
Ongoing platform ownership
You need it built and then kept running.
The build, then infrastructure, updates, monitoring and support carried on a monthly retainer. You do not receive a repository and a set of hosting credentials to manage — keeping it working stays our problem.
Enterprise engagement
The work does not fit a rate card.
Multi-system programmes, migrations off legacy platforms, and work with compliance or integration constraints that have to be scoped properly. Priced after a scoping call, not before.
Straight answers
Who owns the code?
You do — outright, including the intellectual property, from the moment it is paid for. No licence back to us, no per-seat fee, no dependency on staying a client to keep using what you paid for. If you leave, you leave with everything.
How long does it take?
Smaller builds run three to five days. Most business systems land between one and six weeks depending on how much back-office logic is involved. Enterprise programmes are scoped individually — we will give you a range on the first call rather than after a paid discovery phase.
What happens when the scope changes?
The agreed scope is fixed and protected, so a change does not reopen the price of the whole project. Additions are priced from the same published catalogue the original quote came from, and you approve each one before it is built. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.
What happens after launch?
Either we maintain it on a monthly retainer — infrastructure, updates, monitoring, support — or we hand it over complete and you run it. Both are real options. Vista Architectural Consultant has been running on the maintained arrangement since April 2026.
How is our data handled?
Systems are built to ISO 27001 controls: least-privilege access, encrypted transport and storage, audit trails on anything that touches money or customer records, and tenant isolation enforced in the data layer rather than in application code. We are not certified to ISO 27001 and do not claim to be.
You're in Dhaka — how does that work across time zones?
Dhaka is UTC+6. That is two hours ahead of the Gulf, five ahead of the UK, and the working day overlaps almost completely with Singapore and Australia. For Gulf and European clients a normal working morning here covers your whole morning; for North America the overlap is early in your day and we schedule calls into it rather than expecting you to take them at midnight.
How is pricing structured?
From a published rate card, not a quote written after we have guessed your budget. You choose a foundation, add the capabilities you need, and the price is arithmetic you can do yourself on the pricing page before you contact us. Rates differ between Bangladesh and international engagements; you will be quoted on the sheet that applies to you.
